OFFICIAL RULES RV Mattress by Brooklyn Bedding Giveaway

1. ELIGIBILITY This promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Like There’s No Tomorrow, RV Mattress by Brooklyn Bedding, and their respective families and household members are ineligible. Void where prohibited by law.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD The promotion begins on January 12, 2026 and ends on January 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Promotion Period”). Entries received before or after the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. HOW TO ENTER To enter, visit Like There’s No Tomorrow’s website homepage (liketheresnotomorrow.net) and complete the entry form with your name, email address, and other requested information. One (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period to be eligible.

4. PRIZE One (1) winner will receive any mattress from the RV Mattress by Brooklyn Bedding website with no special upgrades (approximate retail value varies by mattress selection, estimated value range: $500-$3,000+). Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other compensation. Winner is responsible for any taxes associated with prize receipt.

5. WINNER SELECTION One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period using a random drawing method. Winner selection will occur on or about February 1, 2026.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION The winner will be notified by email at the address provided in the entry form within five (5) business days of winner selection. The winner must respond to the notification email within five (5) calendar days of receipt. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected using the same random drawing method. Like There’s No Tomorrow will attempt to contact the alternate winner using the same process. This process will continue until a responsive winner is identified.

7. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Participation in this promotion constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of Like There’s No Tomorrow, which are final and binding.
  • Like There’s No Tomorrow reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes has violated these rules or engaged in fraudulent or improper activity.
  • By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Like There’s No Tomorrow, RV Mattress by Brooklyn Bedding, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability or claim arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.
  • This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube.

8. PRIVACY All personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of conducting this promotion and notifying the winner. Information will be handled in accordance with Like There’s No Tomorrow’s privacy policy.

9. DISQUALIFICATION Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or otherwise non-compliant with these Official Rules will be disqualified. Like There’s No Tomorrow reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it determines, in its sole discretion, violates these Official Rules or is made in bad faith.

10. ODDS OF WINNING Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. [See below for how to calculate this]

11. GOVERNING LAW This promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT The winner’s name will be announced on Like There’s No Tomorrow’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) on or about February 3, 2026.
